Grimsby Town Hall – LEED Certification

As LEED Consultants for the renovation and expansion of the existing Grimsby Town Hall, Green Reason joined the project team after value engineering aimed at reducing construction costs had eliminated major elements of the original sustainable design. By incorporating recommended lower-cost sustainable elements and emphasizing sustainable construction techniques, the team completed the project and were rewarded with a LEED® Canada-NC Silver certification in March 2013.

720 Access Green Council Launch

The launch of the Green Council represents the launch of a collaborative tenant engagement program developed by Green Reason. The goal of the council is to create dynamic conversations and impactful initiatives. Green Reason’s role as Program Facilitator and Sustainability Consultant assists in building a better partnership between building management and tenant representatives, creating opportunities for the management and tenants to work together to improve sustainability measures of the building. Workopolis – LEED Certification

As part of the project team in the roles of Project Management and LEED Consultant, Green Reason’s goal was to ensure that the refurbishment of Workopolis was completed to LEED Silver standards, without increasing the pre-approved budget and schedule or altering or compromising the client’s requirements for an open, fun and inclusive work space.
