Jennifer Welyhorski

Project Coordinator

BA, LEED® Green Associate

While working on her Urban Studies and Geography degree at York University, Jennifer was always intrigued by Smart Growth and New Urbanism movements included in her studies. Post grad she earned a certificate in Environmental Project Management from Seneca College. Jennifer is also a LEED® Green Associate and is pursuing her LEED® ID+C accreditation. Her education, her generation’s acute awareness of environmental realities and drive towards sustainability, plus being great with people (she will talk to anyone) makes Jennifer a valuable addition to the team.

Though Jennifer’s original intention was to become an urban planner, now that she is on the sustainable development side of things with Green Reason and learning more every day, she couldn’t be happier. She particularly loves working on tenant engagement projects. Jennifer supports our capital improvement and LEED® projects and would like to become a project manager.

When not working, Jennifer loves to travel, and explore Toronto’s vibrant restaurant scene.
